MAAK established an E-Mobility committee to facilitate the timely dissemination of information and to champion Electric Vehicle (EV) matters, including advocating for the inclusion of EV vehicles in the LN 112 amendment and pushing for the zero rating of Lithium-Ion Batteries due to their unavailability in the local market.
MAAK was a key participant in a tree-planting initiative spearheaded by the MAAK Chairperson through a campaign named "Plant Your Age," held on 14th September, 2023 at Konza City. During this initiative we were able to plant 1000 trees.v
MAAK organized a meeting to address the decline in motorcycle sales. MAAK also collaborated with KAM and part manufacturers in a joint session to strategize on how to revitalize the industry. MAAK members have been furnished with consolidated KNBS/NTSA data on monthly motorcycle sales.
