The public Transport (Motorcycle Regulations, 2023)

 The Public Transport (Motorcycle Regulations, 2023 Bill )sponsored by Senator Boni Khalwale that seeks to put in place a legal framework to regulate the use of Motorcycle(Boda Bodas) and Three wheelers (Tuk Tuks) for commercial purposes at the county level was published for introduction in the Senate. MAAK shared this bill and its Legislative summary with its members for review, given their significant stake in the matter. A joint session was held on November 9 where different stakeholders gave their input and matters to be put into consideration were escalated.v
